Chicken feet can be a great main course when cooked with special home made sauce that complements the palates. This one tastes just so nice after hours of mixing herbs, peeling and cleaning off each chicken feet meticulously and then special broiled. Good for the skin and provides nourishment to boost strength for the body. Top that up with Calrose rice garnished with sesame seeds and seaweed and spices. The Chinese celebrates mooncake festival each year and there it is accomplished by the servings and gifts of delicious mooncakes of all kinds.
