4 SKIN GOLDEN RULES to Stay Youthful!!

Rule No 1: CLEANSING

Your skin will not glow when its all muddy and dirty no matter what gold you applied underneath. So Cleansing is rule number 1. Many people thought that regularly washing the face is enough to call it clean. However, have you checked your pillows, or your hankerchief, or your bed sheets.. your car seats? and the most important part of your body, your hands? If you did clean your face regularly but then often wipes your face with a pair of dirty hands, most likely it is going to end up dirty still and greasy and full of bacteria.. Maybe you forgot to wash your face after you handled that piece of Pizza..:) :)
Apart from that, remember to remove the day's makeup, grime, sebum and dead skin cells thoroughly and with a lot of care and attention. Be sure to find the cleanser that is suitable for your skin type and helps in retaining moisture to plump up the skin all day long. Nowadays, good cleansers are everywhere and it depends on years of valuable research to produce the best bio-compatible and safe smooth gentle cleansers that will make the skin healthy and comfortable.

Rule No 2: ENHANCE

Rule No. 2 is to enhance the skin after cleansing much like scrapping off yet dirty remains that have not been eliminated during washing and then go on to feed the skin something nice to ensure its constant renewal. To enhance means to apply skin toners, softeners, emulsifiers to slough off dead cells in order to reveal, more radiant sking underneath. Often, this helps to replenish moisture, allowing the skin to better absorb the skincare benefits creating elastic, firm and smooth skin from the deep layers throughout.

Rule No 3: HYDRATE
As we age, the skin's auto renewal rate shall drop, and as a result skin often becomes dehydrated, and when that happens fine lines will start to make their appearance. This is the reason, why we have to keep the skin hydrated very much to avoid aging signs to show on our face. There are many skincare products out there that can help in this context, however, there could also alternative ways from eating good food that bears a lot of skincare properties such as fruits and vegetables.  Anti-oxidants come in to aid in preventing fine lines and a good source of Vitamins and Minerals are going to boost skin metabolism, enhance skin clarity to plump up ridding off fine lines. When you moisturize, remember to start applying by the neck to ensure those areas are not neglected.

Rule No 4: PREVENT & PROTECT

Stress, lack of sleep, pollution, non-healthy food and SUN exposure all contributes towards damage and skin deteriorating factors. In the long run, if you have not developed enough consciousness towards all these factors, most likely your skin is going to suffer without you knowing. When your friends start noticing, it may have already been too late to remedy. So start by becoming aware and prevent further damage. Soothe dryness, diminish dullness, repair environmental damage and revitalise by all means. Get a dose of collagenous drinks, keratin, Vitamins A, E, D, and K and Bs to counter the attacks. Apply massages on to the eye circles often enough as those are the areas thinnest in your body and is most likely to show puffiness or darkenings when you are not doing enough skincare. Not forgetting the first and foremost is to apply SUN screen everyday! SPF 15 and above.
