Cordyceps Sinensis - Lender of Life

Cordyceps Sinensis is another great healer beyond our imagination and is also very expensive sold in grams. In fact, it is a fungus that thrives at mountain ranges in Tibet, Nepal and some parts of China. Scientifically, it belongs to the 'Ascomycetes' family and has a long history of use as a medicinal fungus.

Its specialty lies in its ultimate ability to restore health by balancing the much disturbed 'Qi' of a sick person or even not so sick person. As it was produced from cold parts of the country, it is able to work wonders by neutralizing any state of imbalance caused by chronic diseases and disperse all kinds of environmentally stress induced heat. The wonder lies again in the fact that it will not simply cool down the body despite its cold nature but instead will boost total immune system , vitality, counter fatigue and improve oxygen flow.

Historically, it was highly prized by the Emperors of China for its restorative and energizing properties, and a pound of wild Cordyceps was valued at 3 pounds of silver. Today, it is known as the agent  that can unblock gates of 'Qi' in our body to provide a renewed / refreshed state of mind and body.
