Pizza Mania Weekend!

Ever wonder how to make your own pizza? You get to put in whatever you like onto it.. Onions.. Radish, Olive, Capsicum.. Ham. Pineapple? Chicken strips? Sausage cutlets? whatever and you can do it .. All you need is to make the dough properly and that part is the hardest.. Use yeast instead of self raising flour.. Use potato flour and the crust would have its own natural moisture post bake.. Box the dough to ensure you get that nice texture.. and Here is the before version..

Bake it for at least 20 minutes at 200 degree celsius. You should research the correct temperature and timing based on the condition of your oven. Because it does matter.. :) So here is what it looks like post bake..

Yum yumm... pizza for Mom's day? no?? something funny when it turns out to be pizza biscuit.. :)
