Eat What You Want Steam Boat!

Steam Boats are a family thing.. Basically you pour everything inside leaving the ones that cook the fastest behind.. The idea is to brew the soup into a unique taste that blends between fresh vegetables, meats, fish balls, seafood and etc. The end result is a soup base that smells good leaving everyone hungry for a portion.
Some people like to eat mee hoon, some like kuew tiao, some like noodles.. so you get to pour everything in and eat everything.. That is the fun.. Then you get to taste the meaty parts on the chicken, the seafood and everything that comes in between. Usually, an egg or two is put in creating egg drops which gives the soup a natural decor and a absolute special fragrants. The drinks that come to table are the ones to complement.. Like beer or juices or tea.. There is a funny name for this 'YAt Wok Suk' or it means single wok cook everything.. and then... what does it imply/?

Greatest Meal with Seven Star Leopard Grouper

The seven star grouper is considered one of the most delicious fish in Chinese cuisine.. The flesh is smooth like silk and it is a tough catch. The name is derived because of the spots found in the body.. Usually they are colorful and looks like little stars. Different from most other trouts this is the king of groupers. If you ever have the chance to taste.. remember to savor it to the last bit.But be sure to ask how much it is going to cost you, otherwise you may end up going home on an empty wallet..

Billing is a type of vegetable that looks like worms. They are very nice when fried with red wine because they are crunchy. I heard they grow in muddy areas.. A type of wild plant .. So be sure to wash them clean before cooking..

Witty Piece of Cake or Serious Piece of Cake?

Fancy something funny, tasty and sweet? Sometimes they turn a tear filled child to an instant grin.. I do love them a lot too.. Wondering how they make it in the first place.. I had seen flat figures on the top center of the square but this one is 3D and it looks a lot like spongebob.. colorful.. witty and soft .. There are others like hello kitties, garfields and mr beans.. Well... the cream.. many ladies do not like them .. the cream is too much perhaps..

so this one is called 'Batik' cake.. it is a favorite among Southeast Asians.. Made with sweetened milk powders such as 'Milo' , 'Horlicks' or dark chocolate.. They would put some rod shaped biscuits into the mixture before baking.. That is what makes it spotty ..spotty serious.. :)
