Drinking Coke Light or Pepsi Light Secret!

Nowadays people ought to choose light or diet version of Coke or Pepsi instead of their sugary counterparts. Despite differences in the number of calories to go as low as 0, the majority would still opt for original cans either Vanilla, Lime Coke or just Pepsi regular. However, as more and more people are becoming health conscious, non-caloric versions are hitting the market and are getting on pretty good shape. Talk bout Coke Zero, it had already reached one billion dollars revenue target since the last decade.

Hence, considering it as a an option that is not going to add on to your daily caloric consumption alone is tempting enough to choose light version. I have also become a fan of Coke Zero because the taste is very near to its regular, but sometimes, I still get that slight artificial taste whenever the ice cubes start to melt.

So what to do? Here is the secret tip. Remember our tongue anatomy and drink up to taste at the tip of the tongue because that is the portion directed for SWEET taste! So double cheat your brains...

Chinese You Tiao (Deep Fried Dough) aka. Deep Fried Devil

"You Tiao" is a complementary Chinese traditional breakfast menu. It is made from deep frying the dough which is about 12 inches in length slit in the middle to create a central crevice. Cantonese people call them "Deep Fried Devil" or "Yao Za Guai" as the name was derived from an ancient chinese folklore.

In Asia, you can find this "You Tiao" from street markets and restaurants selling Dim Sum. People usually enjoy them with congee served with a variety of spices, nuts and meat as they dip the edge into the watery based congee to dampen before each mouthful. Others may enjoy them spread with Kaya or Peanut butter.

After all, one can never resist a freshly made "you tiao" because of their tempting smell of starch deep fried with fragrant oil that makes them tasty, succulent and serves each bite worth savoring. The tip is to go for the longest queue, if you wouldn't mind.

Beautiful Hair Opens the Gates to the Soul!

Beautiful hair, silky smooth and shining! That means you are healthy or at least am living in top condition. I still believe that healthy hair comes after a good night's sleep, balanced diet and much less hassles in life. However, there are still ways to care for them by applying oils and conditioners from nature.

Olive or Coconut oils help to nourish the hair while allowing them to grow faster by applying them on the scalp. Try applying the mixture of an egg white, 2 spoon of castor oil, 1 spoon glycerin, in the scalp and hair and wash it off after some time.

You can also try washing hair with Tea sometimes, to bring back that lack of lustre. Natural ways to condition the hair would be using curd blended with 1 teaspoon of fenugreek kept overnight, beer and eggs to complement. Mix with a little vinegar in warm water and rinse off the conditioner. This will add a bounce to dull and lifeless hair.

For damaged cuticles, do a 'steam-towel-wrap' once in a while to open up pores meanwhile allowing the hair washing nutrients be absorbed for healing and protection.
