Make one low fat, easy and healthy yet soothing to the taste buds breakfast delight using only Yogurt and Fruits! Take one cup of creamy yogurt, 1 large banana, 1 large apple and 1 cup of seedless grapes to top with honey!
Peel the banana skin, cut the apples into chunks and wash the grapes. Place the yogurt spread in a medium sized bowl. Blend in the honey or 1 tablespoon of brown sugar with a fork. Add in the fruits and mix evenly with a fork. You can also top with multi grains or muesli. And then its ready to serve for 2!
