Happy Barbeque night out with wine

Weekends are tied closely with a lot of heart warming activities. One of them can be barbequeing your favorite food such as chicken wings, sausages, lamb, beef and seafood. There are two things to look after if you are planning for a barbeque night, one is to fire up the grills with charcoal. The way to do it is to light a fire after placing enough charcoals on the barbeque stove. Once the fire is up, place the marinated chicken and sausages and there starts the barbequeing endeavor.

People will talk and chat and continue the barbeque until their food is ready taken out to be eaten. Many enjoys the togetherness of a barbeque. And since a lot of meat is consumed, often goes with it nicely are drinks such as beer or wine.

Wear Fancy Bra, Fancy Panty

Wearing a nice and fanciful bra and panty will make your day a little bit happier than usual.. This is because you will feel good inside knowing that you took good care of the sacred part of your bodies.. It is especially important for ladies to wear good bras. It helps preserve good shape and fit of the breasts for longer.

Good bras can last better as well. Centuries ago, women began wearing cloths tied across the breasts as means to flatten them.Slowly, the corset became so popular, that women start to experiment with them trying to lift and shape breasts upward. One of the reasons being to seduce and win themselves a good partner.

Today, bras come in all shapes, and colors and types. With the availability of so much good bras in the market, why not complement them with good panties.

Maybe panties are more important..

Make your own Pizza

Speaking of pizza, many had the idea that it is something that only experts know how to make. Strangely enough, Pizzas are easy to take shape. What determines the pizza has alot to do with the toppings that you are going to buy and invest. As of the base, you can use:
  • bread flour
  • polenta
  • little bit of milk
  • salt and butter
  • egg whites

All you need to do is to mix up the ingredients to form a 'dough'. The more you massage the dough, the better it becomes, roll it into a flat sheet using a roller and soon enough, it will hold. You will know when your dough is good when it does not stick to your palms that much. It would have become a lot more elastic and shines like gold. Then comes the easy part, sprinkle all types of cheese (cheddar, vintage, cottage, blue), pour up some tomato pasta, mushrooms, ham cutlets, capsicums, olives, nuts, fruits, black pepper and you name it. It is up to your imagination.

Bake for 20 minutes at 220 degree celsius depending on your oven and whoa be surprised you can make your own Pizza too!

Baking Delicious Pandan Chiffon!

Bake your own pandan chiffon by using the following ingredients and method.

  • 4 size A eggs
  • 60gm fresh milk
  • 60 gm vegetable oil
  • 100gm low protein flour sifted
  • 20gm of castor sugar
  • Pandan flavoring/+ dash of pepermint
  • Almond flakes
Separate the egg whites and yolks and place them both on different mixing bowls. Add the rest of the ingredients except the almond flakes into the bowl with the yolks. Mix well until first batter is created.

Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form - (this is the meringue). Place a little pinch of 'cream of tartar' to stabilize the egg whites. Be careful not to overdose because it will cause your cake to rise too much.

Combine the first batter with the meringue to create the spongy cake foam like batter and sprinkle the almond flakes on top of the cake. Ready to bake for 40 minutes at 170celcius depending on type of oven.

Beautiful Mouth Watering Chiffons from Beijing

Chiffon cakes are one of the lightest cakes you can find. Good ones make you fall in love instantly with their fine soft and cottony texture, impressively decorated and full of its original fragrance. In Beijing, pretty food can be found almost anywhere.. and this one is one pretty cake store selling only Chiffons'

To make chiffons, you need only use less than a 100gms of vegetable oil, 4-5 eggs, 100gms low protein flour and castor sugar. The most important factor of baking chiffons is in beating the egg whites with a dash of 'cream of tartar/ egg white stabilizer' creating the fluffy meringue that will sponge up the chiffon with lots of air bubbles raising the cake while baking.

BBQ Starfish Satay in Beijing

When it comes to exotic food, I had once came across a food street in Beijing where they sold all kinds of barbequed food stuff. This one in particular caught my attention. BBQ starfish? There were others like BBQ scorpion, hare meat and you name it..

Now that was in the open air market, pretty much operating until 11pm selling all kinds of food stuff such as fruits and vegetables inclusive. It was really a good crowd and everywhere you see people holding on to their food.

Photo showing a lady selling roasted chestnut.. Very tasty !

Easiest Ways to Make Authentic Sourdough Bread by: Mary Walsh

Sourdough bread is among the favorites of many bread connoisseurs around the world.

They say that sourdough bread likely originated around 1500 BC in Ancient Egypt. It became the main bread consumed in Northern California during the Gold Rush period. There are several regions, such as San Francisco, that's known for producing the best sourdough in today's market. In fact, sourdough bread is very much a part of San Francisco's culture. It's the perfect bread to partner with soups such as chili, cioppino and clam chowder, as well as most seafood dishes.

Make your individual version of sourdough bread right inside your very own kitchen. You'll only need two ingredients, flour & water. Unbleached bread flour is recommended for starting bakers but you also try using flours made of whole-wheat & rye. You could also use organically grown flour if you want. You'll also be needing a clear glass jar big enough to hold in all the mixture.

Is Yoga right for you?

A lot of women perform yoga exercises not just to lose weight or maintain proper body weight but also because they want to be healthy emotionally and mentally. Yoga is also known to contribute to the decrease of a number of problems during menstruation, pregnancy, and menopause. There is research to prove this, but it’s easy to see the physical, mental, and emotional benefits evident on those women who practice yoga.

Yoga Helps You Cope with a Busy Lifestyle.

Deciding if yoga is really right for you would also require you to choose the yoga style that will fit your lifestyle, personality, and needs. If you are a working mom, your yoga needs might differ from those women who are just working at the office for long hours every day. As such, it is very important to find the perfect teacher or trainer who has the right knowledge about yoga who is not only qualified and accredited but also compassionate and sensitive to what you really need.

Yoga Styles:

1)Vini Yoga. This is a personal practice that could be developed through the incorporation of meditation, proper breathing, and posture as well as prayer and rituals. The amount of all these aspects that could be incorporated into your yoga practice will have to be changed though as a woman and her needs change and develop. Therefore, if you are still a student or a young professional, then the physical aspects of yoga might be more important for you, while older women might focus more on the spiritual, mental, and emotional aspects.

2)Ashtanga Yoga. Also considered as the power yoga, this style is known to be flowing and athletic. Breathing is very important in this yoga style as a woman flows through a series of postures. This is able to generate a lot of sweat and body heat, thus helping women detoxify their bodies.

3)Ananda Yoga. This yoga style makes use of temperate poses. This is gently meditative and perfect for those who would like to practice a yoga style that helps them to look inwards so they can focus on making their emotions better.

Steamed Kampong Chicken and Baboi (Pork Satay) - "Meat Monsterings"

To be exact "meat monstering" depicts a carnivorous eating behavior. Strange enough a lot of people are meat monsters (meaning they eat only meat dishes). Some even despise greens altogether.. Maybe the reason is this..

There are too many goody and mouth watering meaty dishes around. For example this one is tempting enough by its looks - Steamed Kampong Chicken with cucumber strips. Kampong chicken is considered a better and dearer option as compared to regular supermarket chicken meat as culture foretold that their flesh are much fresher/fragrant/tangible since they are non-chemically raised and are used to outdoors.

Check this out, "Baboi" is what the local Filipinos call them.. "Pork" . These are pork meat satays, Barbequed using soya sauce and nothing much to preserve the original taste of the meat. They are pretty tasty despite their looks. Mostly the best part are having less or almost non-fat pieces that make up the whole dish.
