Bake your own pandan chiffon by using the following ingredients and method.
- 4 size A eggs
- 60gm fresh milk
- 60 gm vegetable oil
- 100gm low protein flour sifted
- 20gm of castor sugar
- Pandan flavoring/+ dash of pepermint
- Almond flakes
Combine the first batter with the meringue to create the spongy cake foam like batter and sprinkle the almond flakes on top of the cake. Ready to bake for 40 minutes at 170celcius depending on type of oven.
