Stir-Fry your favorite vegetables in 3 steps!

Cooking at home is definitely a good habit to cultivate. Sometimes, we get too busy or lazy (could be the same) to do cooking. In fact, it could be done in just 3 simple steps. Watch this video clip that I have made to make one of the easiest vegetable dishes around using the traditional chinese methods of cooking -



The dish that is shown here is the "Kailan" stalk. Very sweet and crunchy. Use 'Bai Mi Jiu' or chinese rice wine to taste and it is believed to be good for blood circulation.
