Today's Special Lunch Box Is Home Made Fried Rice!

WOndering how to cook Fried Rice? I am sure it is not a problem at all.. Piece of cake, just cook the rice the night before and store it in the fridge. The next morning, heat up the wok with oil .. 'Ensure wok is dry to avoid oil sparks', put the following prepared ingredients to taste and fry the rice until golden:

  1. Cut Chilli
  2. Dried prawns
  3. Onions
  4. Herbs such as Basil/Rosemary
  5. Olive oil
  6. Chicken strips/Cut sausages
  7. Pinch of salt
  8. Eggs 
Fry using olive oil or other equivalent types of oil available..Delicious yet healthy enough!
