What is Oxidation? Oxidation is defined as the interaction between oxygen molecules and all the different substances they may come to contact with, from metal to living tissue. 2. VEGETABLES
Kale, chili pepper, red cabbage, peppers, parsley, artichoke, Brussels sprouts, spinach, lemon, ginger, red beets.
3. DRIED FRUITS RICH IN ANTIOXIDANTS
Apricots, Prunes, Dates, Raisins, .
4. LEGUMES
Broad beans, pinto beans, soybeans.

Almonds, Cashews, Pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, ground nut, sunflower seeds,Sesame, Tahini.
6. CEREAL
