Shisamo or (Pregnant fish some may call it ..)can be eaten best grilled on hot stone.. It becomes crunchy then and mostly it will not disappoint any food lover .. The whole little fish can be eaten and it really tastes like eating fish.. Tuna fillet on the other hand can be eaten raw at the Japanese restaurant..
Reddish and freshly prepared to be put to serve. It is different from Salmon as the color differs on a gradient. Salmon is slightly more pinky than Tuna. Both are nice.. but when it comes to eating out at the Japanese restaurant.. its really difficult to choose Shisamo or Tuna.. different in taste and in the way they are prepared.. definitely shisamo is great to go with soya sauce ..
