Spaghetti, Linguine and Fetuccine! Marinara, Bologna and Aglio Olio..

Fancy Italian for the weekend? Slurpy spaghetti bologna.. or Linguine marinara (seafood)? Usually tomato puree, parsley, olive oil, chives, sugar and butter are main ingredients.. But it takes a real chef to cook a hearty dish tasting the way it should.. What is the difference between Spaghetti and Linguine? Spaghetti are round cylindrical wheat noodles. Linguine are flat and lesser in width over fetuccine.. So they taste exceptionally good in pure tomato and seafood.

Fetuccine on the other hand usually goes better in carbonara.. Fresh seafood such as prawns, mussels, sea shells add in that slightly sea salty taste to the marinara. Fish fillet (cod) can be cooked in carbonara sauce with Fetuccine. There are other types of pasta such as bow ties and macaroni..There are even healthier options out there labelling 'organic' and sold in different colors.. Sometimes, it makes people wonder, what is the catch with so many different shapes and sizes? are they part of wheat noodle marketing? Aglio olio (vegetarian pasta, cooked in olive oil).. yum yum .. Primavera (many many things inside) ..
