ICE CREAM!! A New Way to Look at It!

Kids all love ice cream, they get excited instantly when mommies buy them one. So, what about adults? In fact, we do love ice creams too.. On a hot sunny day or when you had a bad day at work, we all crave for something sweet in order to compensate our losses as a resultant of stress.

When we are exhausted or blue, we experience low blood sugar and/or low serotonin, and the body signals the brain to find something nice to eat, hence ended up as sugar cravings or carbohydrate cravings. So what is the key here? According to experts, what aids on good health are foods that are satisfying in their rightful portions plus good dose of self control. That means having an ice cream occasionally is not that bad, but in return it will help us curb our cravings.

These days, different types of ice creams are coming out to the market, and they are low in fat, low in sugar and made from milk which provides an instant source of Calcium! Lets have some Ice cream!
