Morning Coffee Matters
Wondering what would best contribute towards accomplishing some of the most important tasks of the day? According to an interview carried out from productivity501.com, people get refreshed early in the morning after their coffee routines. Personally, I find that very true as well and right after that cuppa, you enjoy an inflow of consistent energy to help you carry through whatever jobs for at least 3 to 4 hours. Some people are different saying that they could not wake up enough to handle important tasks at early mornings, and that the best times would be around mid morning to early afternoon, which I personally found true as well, however this one depends on the time you slept the night before. If you slept too late the night before around 2 to 3 am, it is likely you will feel sleepy starting right on mid mornings and feel awake again in late afternoons. Sometimes it also depends on the type of job you do, personally I find the best time to write is in the mornings, while brain energy tasks such as programming would be best done in the evenings.
