Drinking Up your Body!

Ever wonder about the calories you are getting from alcoholic drinks? Surely they aint cal-free but on the other side has quite some value losing out only to fat (Fat contributes 9 cals per gram while alcohol 7 cals per gram).


Nevertheless, my experience tells me a night made of alcoholic drinks such as whisky and wine with food wont hurt that much when you weigh right the next morning. The reason is probably your body got dehydrated a little and so, the pounds dont add up. Check it out yet another day and the pounds are on their way back.
This is especially true if you consume cocktails such as Pina Colada, Irish Cream, Butterscotch and the likes.
