Hate Anger before Anger Hates
Today with so much stress at work and in your personal life, it is difficult to escape anger from time to time. Be it the result of long term frustration or immediate shock due to certain negative events or experiences, there are certainly ways to counter anger. We do not want anger to manifest within ourselves because it will slowly grow into a monster that eats away positive energy causing us to feel out of place gradually which will then open up gates to a lot of other negativities the first one being 'Hate'
